Dr. Justin Turner of Jackson, of Turner Care LLC, served as Legislative Doctor of the Day at the Capitol on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 . In that capacity Dr. Turner was available to provide emergency medical assistance to lawmakers and critical staff. Dr. Turner is standing with Senator Sollie B. Norwood and Senator Derrick T. Simmons, all Jackson State University undergraduates.
