Senator Derrick T. Simmons recently congratulated Dr. David Marion for his election as Grand Basileus of Omega Psi Phi Service Fraternity in July 2018 at the 81st Grand Conclave in New Orleans, the first Mississippian to be elected to a National Seat for the fraternity, which is a tribute to his record of professional and civic service.
