Parents from Arcola, Greenville and Hollandale were in Jackson on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 supporting Washington County Opportunity Inc., Head Start-Early Head Start, during - Early Childhood Day at the Capitol, where they sought legislative support of early childhood education.
